Oricellis is the clinical revenue operating system for senior living. We sell a single bundled subscription to multi-facility regional operators, enabling them to capture Medicare reimbursement they currently forfeit.

Why we exist
Senior living operators are simultaneously paying for connectivity that does not work and missing Medicare revenue they do not know they are entitled to. These are the same problem.
The 2026 CMS Final Rule made the opportunity measurable. Our service is built around capturing it.

The thesis
The CFO is the primary buyer of clinical infrastructure in senior living, not the IT director. The decision has more financial consequence than most capex decisions made at the portfolio level.
The right question is not how fast the network is. It is how much regulated reimbursement the network enables the operator to capture, and how reliably the workflow holds up under audit.

How we work
We take on a small number of regional operators at a time. We deploy, configure, and hand over a network and workflow that are fully managed from day one. The operator does not manage a vendor. The operator collects revenue.
We measure ourselves against one number. Annual net benefit per facility. That number should be at least four times the cost of the service. If it is not, we have not done our job.

We are not a managed services provider. We are not a connectivity company. We are not a clinical software vendor.
We are the operating layer that turns regulated reimbursement programs into captured revenue for operators who would otherwise leave it on the table. Connectivity is the wedge. Clinical revenue capture is the product. The platform thesis is the long-term defensibility.
