About
About Oricellis
A health-systems technology firm. We build and hand over the digital, data, and controls layer that national health systems depend on. Offices in New York and Lagos.
Why we exist
Programs move to government ownership. Their systems have to hold up.
Health programs across emerging markets are moving off donor-run delivery and onto government ownership. That shift only works if the underlying systems, the records, the data flows, the security, the financial controls, are interoperable, locally operable, and built to survive the handover.
Most technology is built to launch. We build technology to be transferred: open standards, documented runbooks, trained government administrators, and no parallel structures left behind. When the external support tapers, the system keeps running.
That is the whole design principle. Everything else serves it.
How we are built
Enterprise governance discipline. On-the-ground engineering capacity.
Oricellis brings two things that rarely sit in the same firm: enterprise-grade governance discipline and genuine on-the-ground engineering capacity.
Our leadership carries deep experience in enterprise health technology, including clinical and claims data systems at large-payer scale, alongside a delivery team with production software engineering depth in interoperability, low-connectivity data pipelines, and multi-tenant platforms built for the markets we serve. That work is accelerated by modern AI-assisted development, which keeps timelines short and unit costs where sustainability requires them.
We operate across the United States and Africa, with offices in New York and engineering staff in Lagos. Our contracting practice is fully compliant for public and donor-funded work, SAM-registered with an active UEI, MWBE-certified, and structured to deliver against sub-award and fixed-amount, milestone-verified terms.
