Standards and references

What we build to

The open standards, contracting frameworks, and reference documents Oricellis holds itself to on every engagement.

HL7 FHIR

The primary interoperability standard we use for clinical, laboratory, and administrative health data exchange. FHIR R4 and R5 are the operating baseline for the national data architectures we build.

HL7 FHIR specification

HL7 v2

Still widely deployed for messaging between legacy clinical, laboratory, and pharmacy systems. Our interoperability engagements often bridge v2 messaging into FHIR-native national exchanges.

HL7 v2 product brief

2 CFR 200 (Uniform Guidance)

Federal grant administration standard that governs sub-award, cost, procurement, and audit requirements on U.S. donor-funded work. Our U.S. contracting practice is structured for full 2 CFR 200 compliance.
